Group Therapy
A group is a small world — the same patterns that shape your relationships outside show up here too: feeling unheard, avoiding conflict, wanting closeness but keeping your distance. The difference is that in a group, this can finally be seen, named, and understood — not months later, in hindsight, but while it's happening.

Who this is for
You keep having the same conflict, with different people, and can't see why. You feel alone even in a room full of people. You spend a lot of energy controlling what people think of you — you're not sure what happens if you stop, until someone else says the thing you've never dared to, and suddenly, you can too.
How to join
Joining a group starts with an individual preliminary interview. This is a chance to talk about what you're looking for, and to see together whether group work — and this particular group — is the right fit before you join.
Format
Weekly sessions, 90 minutes, closed group of up to 10 participants. Group work is most effective as an ongoing commitment, which we discuss together during the preliminary interview.
