Individual coaching
For leaders and professionals working through a specific professional question — a career decision, a conflict, burnout, a leadership transition.
Work with me
Organisations are made of people — and people bring their unconscious patterns into every room they enter, including the boardroom. Conflicts that repeat across different teams. Talented people who freeze at the moment of visibility. Leaders who can't quite name why a team that looks fine on paper isn't actually working. Burnout that no restructuring seems to fix. These are rarely just management problems. Often, they're unconscious dynamics playing out at scale.

Leaders who sense something is off but can't name it. Professionals who freeze right when they need to be seen — negotiating, pricing their work, stepping into a bigger role. Teams stuck in the same conflict no matter who's on it. People who got promoted and now don't know how to hold the position.
This is psychodynamic coaching, not the goal-setting, checklist-driven kind. We work with what's underneath — the unconscious patterns, conflicts, and assumptions driving the situation, not just its surface.
Before training as a psychoanalyst, I completed a degree in banking and finance and spent years working inside business environments. That combination shapes how I work now — I read a situation on two levels at once: the individual (what's happening for this specific person) and the systemic (what it reveals about the team or organisation).
